As far as "KKK" case. It is hard to discern where all the alleged K's are. The K is a trick to hold tubes and lines in place. As in something that lessens discomfort for the patient and makes their recovery longer. The very first rule of medicine is to "do no harm." so the conspiracy of carving "KKK" is violates everything every doctor, nurce, or technician stands for.
