real estate black hills (Hot Springs, Hermosa: home, retirement, hot)

Hello;

I'm always looking for my future retirement locale, and I'd like some recommendations pertaining to real estate sites about Black Hills.

We're looking for about 5 acres, anywhere off the beaten path with 3bed2bath home about 200K.

Since you say "off the beaten path" I will assume you mean away from I-90. I will also assume you mean away from where most of the tourists hang out. If those two assumptions are correct and you want to be in or near the Black Hills, I would suggest you look near Hermosa, especially east of Hermosa. A good second choice would near Hot Springs. Hot Springs has a little more tourist traffic, but I find it tolerable.
