Looking at RC and Cheyenne for potential moves in a couple years. Have visited RC a couple of times, so somewhat familiar with the area. We would like to have a hobby farm. Basically my wife wants a few farm animals as pets, nothing commercial. Of course ruling out subdivisions in town, how regulated is the area. The Cheyenne area is vastly covered with HOAs and covenants, even outside the immediate Cheyenne area. Haven't noticed anything mentioned in a lot of the realty listings. Can anyone add any thoughts?
