Good school right across the street, also. Fast access to I90 to get you to work, or to Elk Vale Rd to take you to the south side for work.
Also close to a ton of new retailers opening soon. Target has 14 days to go. Either Gordmans or TJMaxx opens within a week, I always forget which one it is.
Is it Homestead Gardens? They're pretty new and they have great view of the Black Hills in the distance. You would also be a short drive away from Rushmore Crossing and I-90.
I took these pictures from a business park near Homestead Gardens:
How about the Harmony apartments on the NW side... does anyone know about them? They look very nice online. Will call tomorrow to see about possible availability there in case this place doesn't work out. Is that a good area? I've read about the north parts that aren't as good an area, but not sure about these apartments. Ah... Harmony Heights... that's what they're called. Near I-90 I think...
WOW!!! *chin on desk* I just now saw those pics after I posted...
*sigh*
I miss my DH and I can't WAIT to get there! Gosh, that is so gorgeous! And yes - they are the Homestead Apartments indeed.
north of Little Rock by about an hour... we had hoped for work in the NW part of state, but although it's not an area necessarily where jobs are being lost, we sure couldn't find anyone hiring either. DH's been independently working for almost two years (carpenter), but jobs were getting fewer and far between... so, started looking for employment with a company for the stability. Ended up looking all over the state, then finally no choice but to look out of state, too, and well... fast forward to here we are now with DH starting work tomorrow in Rapid City... whew!
I've seen a few pictures of Arkansas. It looks like a really beautiful state, especially the Ozarks.
Before I die, I want to visit all 50 states... I still have a long way to go, but I'm only 22!
