So the Incas, or is it the Aztecs, or the Shriners at my local lodge or something, say.....should have a massive effect on the Commercial RE market...residential, not so much...caves will be the new rage, after all...

In another thread I was joking how I should market my stale listing to those who are expecting a 2012 apocalypse. (Because one could live "off the grid" on the property with a well, livestock, etc. )
