Yes, it is. In our market, and in nearly every market which I have seen stats on. Franchised firm agents benefit wildly. Industry wide, NAR stats prove this.
That being said, in nearly every market where RE/MAX is present, the stats are unbelievable. RE/MAX agents averaged nearly 14 transactions in 2010 compared to about 8 per agent at # 2 Coldwell Banker.
Not every office or broker produces those results, but these records are typical, not exceptional.
