LOL, I got into an argument with an insurance agent today because she didn't appreciate being rushed......"oh we have lots of time"....told her, okay, we can do it your way, but when you lose that $1.2M policy because you couldn't write it, don't come crying to me.
The other thing I just remembered, it's SOP to send out appraisers back in the field to verify no damage to the collateral. It's going to be a tough week next week in more ways than one.
