We are retiring First Connection in 54 days. I did like First Connection but have really enjoyed learning to use Fusion. I took the Fusion part 1 last year in anticipation of it coming on-line. So far I have really enjoyed using it. I like that it builds a website for my clients so they can better organize the listings that they would like to see since I am "mainly" a Buyer's Agent.
I love that I can take the listings and organize them in terms of a route for showings so I can be more linear in my showings.
We have two MLS in Atlanta (joy) but I mainly use FMLS which utilizes Fusion. I also like the revamped Hot Sheet so I can see what changes are in the market that I sell in. It is as simple as hitting the refresh button.
Oh and I also like on the left hand side of listings - there are all the Quick Links. It has the links for photos, tax information, history, directions, etc. I really like that I can click on the link on history and if the property has been listed in the past 7 years (?) - it shows me all the activity from sales date, price changes and withdrawls.
In several respects, it looks much like a child of TEMPO 5 which we have been using since 2006, IIRC.
We have had the Personalized Sites.
And we have the information tabs on left of all our listings.
On the agent side,
Everyone is pumped about it being browser independent, and that should include the Apple Store people, since IE9 will not be the only native browser.
And batch upload of photos will be cool, too.
Hoping to pick up some navigation speed. Either our MLS servers are sorely overtaxed or the software is painfully inefficient.
We've been test driving the system for over a year in Austin. I was on the initial test panel who would give feedback every few weeks. Then then opened it up to everyone to test a couple of months ago, and they just gave us 2 more systems to test drive too, but not on our own MLS. it's hard to figure out a system when you can't test it with your own market data. I don't think Corelogic is going to make the cut because it's not Ipad compatible and has too many issues.
Edit: You can use it on Ipad if you download other software, but from Ipad users, it's not friendly.

We just get by with CoreLogix Innovia. Sort of late 20th century level.
