I am now looking for a new realtor to sell my home in Fort Myers, FL. I'd like to list it with a real estate firm that has a large network of agents in all of southwest Florida - from Sarasota to Naples. Is this possible? Any suggestions?

Why? Real estate is pretty much every man for himself. Agents are licensed by the state and will try and sell you anything in the state to make a commission.

Ditto, all the agents on MLS have a huge network which is all the agents no MLS. So go find the best, most knowledgeable local agent.

Look up which agents listed the largest number of actually sold homes in your community.
Go back six months to a year. See if any of them will list the home at YOUR price.

I was thinking that an internal network of agents within a large real estate company added to the MLS network would increase exposure - and hopefully get my house sold more quickly. Some large firms have internal marketing such as weekly new listings emails to all agents, brokers opens and the like. I'd like to have my house sold by year-end so I'd like to list with a realtor that has access to all possible avenues, including being able/willing to list on multiple MLS's. And how do I find the agents that sold the most homes in my community?

Just interview 3-5 listing agents and you'll be able to tell who's good. Pick one or 2 for internet presence, get a recommendation or 2 from friends, and pick one who's sign you see in your n'hood often. Interview and hire the best.

We are not supposed to name realtors/companies so anyone having a name needs to send it via DM.

Coldwell Banker has a world wide marketing tool and offices world wide so many investors from all around the world will be able to see your property.

There should be an office in your area as well.

I agree with others to interview and compare what different agents/offices will show you and also what they have proven to have sold in the area.

Right now in our area there some agents/brokerages that are charging buyers ad sellers for brokerage fees which to me should only be charged to their client and not to the other side and will eliminate other agents from bringing a client as their firs priority.
The same conts for the junk fee that lzy agents charge for not willing to conduct the short sale themselves and having a title company or law office or just charging the fee and still conducting the short sale, towards the buyer. In some case that junk fee is $ 3000 which we advise against and tell our clients to either walk away and look for something else or lower the offer since for $ 3000 you can buy a nice item for the new home or spend it twards moving costs instead of paying and losing it as a junk fee. JMO!
