Back in upstate NY an agent told me she would tie salt lick to a tree to attract deer while she was showing a property. Needless to say, I didn't purchase a house from her.

LOl the wild turkeys roost on the grape arbor that covers the deck in front of my office. Thank goodness almost all the grapes are gone and the leaves have fallen, they make quite a mess. I'm waiting to get a picture of them (about 50) crossing the street so I can caption it, "Rush hour in Mountain Ranch".
I sold a lot on a ridge one day when a bald eagle came cruising by overhead about 10 feet above us. I yelled out, OK great, cue the deer!

At Arcadia Californa there are peacocks roaming the residential streets because the botanical gardens is in Arcadia. It's so funny sometimes when you are showing property and peacocks would walk around you with no fear
