What is your current opinion of Top Producer? Has it improved enough to be worth $40 or more per month?

Is there a competitive product that you like better?

Used TP back in the early 2000's. Fast forward 10 years and I tried it again last Spring, up until a couple of months ago when I got Salesforce. I definitely prefer TP of SF on the aspect of reminders to call/email for follow up, but SF is faster. My big hangup on TP has always been that it moves slow... It did feel it was worth the money. SF is much more expensive.

Default I'm a brand new realtor so I don't have experience

with database management systems other than Realty Juggler which has all that I need at this stage of my career. And it's only $99/year- a price they claim will never go up. In fact I'm still in my free trial period (3 months I think).

Check it out. If anyone decides to go with it, if you list me as a referral, we both get a couple months free

Thanx
Connie Bennett

I use Contactually as a CM and it's 19/mo and more user friendly than TP was when I had it. Another option you should look at is wise agent. Outside of a few cool programs TP has it's the same thing for 25/mo and for teams multiple people can be logged in at the same time.
