So does that mean you can't refer to a home's Walk Score? or describe something as a walkable neighborhood?

Just be honest in your listings and stop being scared. Short of using racial slurs and profanity I don't really thing HUD is coming after anyone for being a little nearsighted and insensitive. The Washington Redskins are a private business and use a clearly insensitive mascot team name and have been upheld by any legal challenge. How much leniency do you, a private business, think will be afforded under the 1st amendment if challenged?

Our MLS will scan listing language for improper language and will warn and fine if the offending words aren't removed. I've been warned over using "walking distance", "additional family member unit" and "wheel chair accessible".
