Life is easy for some people. Others go to CityData and start Groan and Moan Threads about how unfair things are.
Plain and simple realtors don't give a damn about a persons criteria for a house. What good are realtors ? You can buy a house without a realtor. Plus they are not allowed to tell you by law what kinds of people live in the area that you want to move to. Let's say a person doesn't want to move to area where a certain race or ethnic group of people live . The agent is not allowed to disclose that. So what good is an agent? They are totally useless. They are just money hungry for the commission check and to sleep around

I'm proud to think that you cannot find a stupidly racist agent to cater to your disgusting "criteria."

Why are so so defensive? You hate hearing the truth? Guess what you can get clients who will demand they want to buy a house in a decent area. They don't have to use you as an agent. Plus you don't give a damn about the client as long as you make that comission check. If more people start seeing this you will be out of a job because remember , a person does not necessarily need Ann agent to buy a house

You guys, are we sure EricknTownled isn't an early version of Skynet? Look at the variety of grammar and spelling mistakes in the posts and this is coming from a person who promptly forgot all the rules after taking my last English class.

"need Ann agent to buy a house"

Come on, that's a mistake a computer is going to make not a human being. What are the chances that years from now we're all going to learn that most internet trolls were actually bots designed by MIT students working in their dorm rooms?

"Defensive?"
Hah. You want a bigoted agent and believe I will be impoverished because I will not be a bigot for you?
Requires no defense. There are countless honorable, decent people who are glad to be helped by a skilled agent.
It is a rock-bottom agent you seek, one who would be a Bigot For Hire. It is delightful that you are failing in your search.

Always wondered what people meant when they said they got screwed by their RE Agent.
