What to do agent out of town

Hey everyone just to follow. I did go view the house by myself with the listing agent it in the end it wasn't quite what I expected. My realtor friend it come back in town and pulled a list of houses. After looking at about eight in the contract for one set to close at the end of November. I think she has done a good job and that combined with a decent idea of what I want it allowed us to choose quickly.
