An acquaintance of mine has had his license for a little over 2 months now. He tells me the same thing, all the buyers he refers to lenders/mortgage officers cannot qualify or don't have enough credit, etc...
NoHomeSales: Have you done any open houses? Have you placed any (free or paid) ads? Have you talked with friends or family about re (so they know your in re)?
Yes winter can be slow especially if you're in Butte, Montana, but if your in Los Angeles, not so much! As a last ditch effort, you may want to consider going under the wing of a top producer and get buyer leads from him (or her).
