I met with a buyer's agent today and I was made an offer I could not refuse. She offered me $4K if I really pushed their offer to the top of the list that the seller sees.
I told her it was unethical and she pressed herself against me and started making sexual advances.
I left and now she left a lurid voice mail message on my phone with a veiled threat that she would ruin my business reputation(and claim that I am a pervert) if I didn't go along. What should I do?

Save the message and write down everything she told you. Then I would report her to the board association that governs realtor agents and file an ethics complaint.
When I did appraisals I had a big name realtor here try and convince me to change my reports to be more in favor of her listings selling. I flat out refused and she said she would make sure I would never work in this town again.
I filed a complaint against her and they investigated her and slapped her with a fine and told her that if she kept this up they would take away her license.
I had an attorney send the firm that held her license a letter stating that if I lost any business because of her actions they would be held responsible.
About a week later my attorney received a letter from their attorney telling us that the problem was dealt with and that she was no longer working through their firm.

It's not clear, but it appears you are the listing agent for the seller? If so, also report this to your managing broker.
Thank you for your advice. I am new to this field and have neer had this happen to me.
