I will definitely take a blintz recipe! My mother-in-law gave me one but it looks complicated so I haven't tried yet. Right now I'm waiting for my very first ever challah to rise for the first time. If it rises both times then I have hope that when I bake it it will turn out edible.
Our real estate agent is currently letting the people who sent the offer know that we will not respond to the offer until we get proof of preapproval. They're putting 20% down in cash so we're checking to see where their preapproval cap was to see if they are even worth countering with. If they can't go any higher then we probably can't work with them unless they have more cash to put down. Hopefully we'll figure it out because I want to move into a house with a bigger kitchen. The bread I said I was making is being made completely by hand because I have no room for a bread maker or a stand mixer in this kitchen... they're both in storage.
