...we haven't heard from them.
Saturday someone went to look at our home. They sent feedback right away. THey love the house and the neighborhood. They are relo people, so no contingency on selling their home. They were going to take the evening to make sure there was nothing else they wanted to look at. They also asked if we would do sellers assist with the right offer. Our agent called them and said yes, we would do that. That was Saturday and still haven't heard anything. Our agent is going to call today.
So...the waiting game starts all over. I hope they are still interested and are just getting their ducks in a row. We had a potential offer last week but we stopped them from putting it in b/c they had a contingency to sell their home first and according to our relo package we can't take that kind of contingency. SO, I am really hoping this one comes through.
We have been on the market since May. Everyone has liked the house BUT. The first liked it But she went with a single. The second liked it BUT he ended up moving out of state the last minute. The third liked it BUT had to sell their home. This one likes it AND...we are waiting.
Not getting my hopes up this time. Just nerve wracking waiting to hear back. I guess the price is right. Their agent said it was at market value. I am at least glad to hear that!
Anyway, just wanted to share.

I just had to call my seller and let them know the 11th hour buyer declined to make an offer. It is hard and believe it or not some agents feel your pain and are just as upset as you are especially when you are "good people"

Good luck I hope this one pulls through for you

So we heard from their agent. They still do not know. They want to look in another area closer to the city for employment reasons. So...who knows. I DO KNOW they will not find something as nice as ours with our size in that price range. We'll see how things play out.

I think if they can't find something as nice as yours then they should figure it out pretty quickly.
