Looks like more of the same old, "Sell the sizzle, not the steak" approach to marketing. It's always worked, so why not try it with residential home sales. On the other hand, while I spent many years in marketing, I'm sick to death of mindless, feel good advertising that has absolutely nothing to do with the product. --- IMO, God created the fast-forward DVR so we wouldn't 'mush-up' our brains with all this fluff.

You really need to watch a bunch. The aussies are really over the top. They had one with a naked man walking through the house. I don't think women noticed too much of the house.

I'd link some of my favorite story telling real estate videos but they are all branded so I can't. There is a great one with a guy with a dog.

You gonna buy a house because you saw a naked man walk through it?

I hate it that you cannot correct the title.
And, I deserve the rebuke.

Me? No, but it was the aussie team talked about in that article that did. It is a great business move. Does it sell homes? Probably not, but I'm sure they got a lot of business out of it.

LOL, well, it probably got a lot of people looking at the house, anyway.....

And if I were buying a house because of a naked man there, he'd better be there after the closing!!!!
