I am selling my home on my own. I posted on Zillow and Craigslist. Can I post on the MLS for sale by owner? Is there any other sites you highly recommend? Thanks
GOOGle "FSBO" and your town. Consider sites that show other FSBO listings from your area.
You may be able to find an agent who posts FSBO's to the MLS in your area. $199--$499 is a common cost for that service.
But, you probably cannot post FSBO's on your own, unless you are a member of the MLS, meaning a real estate licensee and possibly a REALTOR. That is dependent on the bylaws of your local MLS's.
