Like a multiple choice test. Select "None of the above" if it is a potential answer.

If this is the ranch way out there, you need major cities with monied folks. Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Dallas Morning News but I don't know the others. If Highland Park has its own paper, that's a very wealthy enclave inside Dallas' city limits.

Our huge DFW broker used to spend about $10k a week with the Dallas Morning News.
That money is down to very little and it all goes into Internet development and website.

None of the above is correct.

Similar story - big car dealer here says he used to spend over $1 million a year advertising in the Kansas City Star. Now he doesn't spend a dime there.

Newspapers are a dying commodity.

Does anybody look for real estate in newspapers any more? They sure don't here, AFAIK.

Are there some glossy "lifestyle" magazines in any of your target marketing areas? That might be an idea.

I was going to say none. Why would you want to advertise in a paper? Is it not in the MLS?
