Could you be more specific? I want to help you!!! OK there's a Green Bay Packer plaque that goes with the house that will need 30k worth of renovation .. It's about priorities of buyers, warning about impeding us home market crash. . Sorry I can't be clearer !!! Secondly wait out the phase ahead!!! Don't buy a home.

Isn't this more appropriate for the parenting forum? Babies need constant supervision because they find lamps pretty, and sockets friendly, and whatever is on the ground tasty. Unfortunately you don't get to do due diligence with babies--you're pretty much stuck with what you get nine months later. Due diligence with your partner is probably a good idea, though.
I think that you're trying to say that people need to be thoughtful when buying a home and not get by distracted overly-staged homes with underlying problems. Reasonable advice if that's what you're saying, but that's just a total guess.

I've been seeing dire predictions on the Internet about something bad happening in September. There's always someone predicting doom and destruction somewhere, usually by those wanting to sell something. Remember the hype about 2012 and the Mayan calendar?
LOL...this thread went really good with my first beer! Now I am going to turn on the History channel and watch stupid crap about asteroids and nazis on the dark side of the moon....should really round out the evening!
Did someone forget their tinfoil hat this morning?
