Well I just wanted to update all that have helped us thru this process since last July. We are finally under contract. We had an offer Thursday night that we countered and they accepted yesterday. So now for the home inspection, appraisal , and hopefully packing, packing ,packing. Anyway wish us luck that all goes thru. But thanks again to everyone who helped us get to this point.
