We were going to list with an agent today. Stuck our FSBO sign out in the yard last Saturday and got an offer from someone who was interested in the house back during Jan/Feb. They thought we had sold house or had changed our minds about selling...We signed contract today w/earnest money, good faith & approval letter from bank (no contingencies, except of course inspection). Wow, just funny how things work out...I'm still shocked....but in a good way, of course...
I know it's a long way to the closing table (inspections, etc) but please wish us luck for it to be smooth and no unpleasant surprises...
