I agree with the first half of the video.
No telling when the bubble is going to burst. I'm not counting on it. I'm hoping to buy a house that I would not regret buying in a few years when the market goes down.

Agreed. This is not a "bubble", it's activity being driven by a number of factors such as low inventory, low interest rates and less discretionary spending/higher salaries by many people due to the pandemic.
