FWIW, from the info provided, I think the company owner and bookkeeper, or whoever is responsible for the oversight, shares at least some of the blame here and should probably cover some or all of the losses, but since I only one sided info and more questions than answers, I am not comfortable making a recommandation other than speak to an attorney.
I think the managing/principal broker is in hot water too. Out here they are higher up on the hierarchy and a complaint against them might be the loss of their principal brokers license for failing to properly supervise.

I was actually thinking she may be listed as the PMIC, and that is why she was supposed to be the one responsible for the oversight.
I want to give an update but since this is still ongoing I have to wait. However, it doesn’t seem like she is responsible. I will give details when it’s fully resolved. And again, thank you for your help.
