How do I find recent home sales/real estate transfer information for Weddington, NC? Any/all website suggestions/recommendations would be much appreciated! I am looking to find out if someone in particular recently purchased a home in that area.

Property transfer information is not considered public information in some states and counties, within some states.

Where disclosure is considered public information, the information may or may not be available, online. There are more than 3000 counties, in the U.S.

Did you try out the link? These are more than handy when you need to know and don't want to wait for a human being to retrieve those "oh so priveleged" documents. It won't be long before all records that are not deemed priveleged will be available on-line.

In our County we can examine PDF's of all Official Records, in real time as they are posted. It makes me wonder how we ever managed to run our business without it.
