How many agreements are available in Real Estate? (foreclosed, sales, agreement)

I want to invest in real estate especially in Detroit. May I know about the number of agreement exist in real estate?

In our state there are state approved forms to buy & sell real estate. However, contracts can include just about anything.

Your question is still too vague, and there isn't just a specific number of agreements, it is/can be pretty much infinite.
You may need to do a little research to dial in what you are looking for. Here are some terms that may help -
Agency agreement
Lease agreement
Purchase agreement
Contracts for Deed
Listing agreement
There are many variations of each of these plus other agreements as well -- a little research on these should help you understand enough to be able to ask more specific questions.

It depends on who carries the financing and what part of the country you purchase a property. In Oregon we call them purchase and sale agreements if a lender carries the financing or for cash offers, or land sales contracts if the owner carries the financing. Rights can also be obtained through option agreements.

We don't have just one agreement here. What you sign depends on what you want to do. So...what is it that you want to do?
