THIS IS A MULTIPLE CHOICE POLL.
YOU MAY MARK MORE THAN ONE ANSWER.
Did a poll aimed at buyers, although I could have specified that more clearly, asking how many photos they want to see in listings.
Well, now. If you are hiring an agent to help market and sell your home, how many photos would you expect to see on line when you look at your listing?
Currents buyers use the internet, and if there isn't anything to see, or not enough to see, they might not bother looking in person. When I sold a year and a half ago, my realtor put at least one shot of every room of my house, plus at least one each of front yard, back yard, and deck.
I think there are many listing with too many BAD photos. As I've said before, I don't need to see pictures of someone's bed. I would be happy with 6-8 photos if they show what I want to see...kitchen, bathrooms, exterior and how the house integrates with the yard. How much light comes in the windows.
Many people don't even want the address given out because its like advertising to crooks in their opinion.
I see that every few years.
And many people are mystified when they aggressively hobble marketing efforts, and have no showings or offers, no contract and no sale.
