The people who bought my house. I sold it in March - They spent about 2 hours, I kid you not with the first showing. They came back the very next day and spent another hour - put in a contract that day and that was that.

I can tell you, buying is just as bad. I just had a horrible experience buying the house I am living in now. LOL

At this stage im looking at the NE corner of WI 2 counties on the list Marinette & Oconto & across the river MI Menominee.

This one time in December I had one family at my house close to three hours. She loved the house we lowered the price, she also wanted our boat with the house and we said no. She said her husband really wanted the boat anyway they left about 20 minutes later they called me to say the wanted to sign the contract. I said sure come on over...on there way here they saw another house and signed with them. Smaller home, not a good neighborhood all for just a 10k differenve...I cant figure some people out.

OK, the energy is working. I just spoke with the realtor and we expect an offer this evening! WOO HOO!!! THank you, thank you, thank you for all your support! Now, let's hope it's a reasonable offer. Baby steps, right?
