I am so upset.I ambehind in my HOA and Ihave gone thru 6 deaths in my family.Allthis has put mebehind.Iam trying to stay above water.Only debt is HOA.They tookadvantageof me in a bad moment had me sign agreementInever got a copy of and it has been down hill sense.Can I save my home?

call a local real estate attorney.

You can likely work out a repayment plan through the HOA 's attorney.

Last thing an HOA wants to do is attempt to foreclose on your home.
