I've been searching just about everywhere online trying to find the recipe to make Nigerian Chicken Okra Soup? When I was a little boy my mom had a college friend that was Nigerian and he use to cook different dished like peanut stew, fufu, and Beef okra soup and chicken. I had the best tasting chicken okra soup from his sister who lived in Canada. I was hooked since!

As I grew up we lost touch but I always wanted to know how it was made as I am a fan of spicy foods. Eating those tasty dishes made me a fan of African food and other foods like Tai food etc. From what I remember it had these Ingredients. Chopped Spinach, onions, ground red pepper, magi seasoning sauce, okra, and some type of cooking oil.

These are some of the things I remember but do not know the rest. I was hoping someone here has the recipe to share. [ Mod cut ]
Thanks for any help here.

Never had that before. Looks tasty.

I've had Senegalese food before, nearly burned my tongue off. But it was sooo goood!
