A couple weeks ago a friend brought these to a coffee party. They are about the easiest thing in the world to make. You can Google for recipes (search on Rolo, pretzel, turtle).
I call them Turtle Bites Bag of square pretzels (Snyder's of Hanover makes them)
Bag of Rolo candy
Bag of pecan halves
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Put some parchment on a jelly roll pan or a cookie sheet.
Arrange the pretzels on the parchment.
Put an unwrapped Rolo in the center of each pretzel square.
Turn off oven and put baking sheet on bottom rack of oven.
Let them sit for about 4 minutes, until the chocolate is shiny.
Remove from oven and carefully press a pecan halve on top of each soft Rolo.
Place in fridge or auxiliary fridge (the garage if you're in Meen-a-soh-ta) to firm up again.
