Whats in your Poke bowl? (sesame, crab, wasabi, black pepper)

For me its white rice
Tuna
Jalapeno
seaweed
Furikaki
Chili paste
Edemami
pineapple
mango
avocado
pickled red onions
for sauces i like citrus Ponzu or black pepper teryaki
Korean Chilli
and topped off with some crunchy Bonito flakes.
think i just talked myself into lunch today

raw, marinated fish with rice...

but my poke bowl is empty, no raw fish for me
