What to cook with a whole lotta brie cheese?

Seriously I love this sandwich!

Sigh.....on rereading this I find I made a mistake! Not pork loin but pork tenderloin. Seemingly a small mistake but it would make a difference!

I realized that I'm going to a ladies wine and cheese party next week. It will become a baked brie with some kind of TBD topping. Liking the cranberry and nuts idea.
