whipped cream is low sugar - you can use some berries topped with whipped cream

or what calms my sweet tooth is peanut butter ...heat in microwave for a minute...throw some baking chocolate powder (add one packet of sweetnlow) and stir and top with whipped cream

ive been on the keto diet and on that you are allowed 20g or less per day
peanut butter has 4 g and 2 grams of fiber so its net 2g

im on many facebook keto forums
and peanut butter many eat to keep the sweet cravings down just don't eat the whole jar

I have made, and eaten, this when I was doing a strict induction diet about 10 years ago.

I can’t vouch for this version, but it looks similar to the one I made. When you are doing a very struct diet, you do get cravings. I hope you enjoy it.

There is a high calorie version of this out there too.
