I found a recipe from Plated that I'd like to try. They list the quantities of all ingredients except the butter. The recipe calls for "4 packets unsalted butter". Would anyone know the quantity of butter in a plated butter packet?
I think it's 4 PATS of butter, or what you can get in a restaurant here, the little pats on a paper backing. Not sure... but each pat might be 1/2 tablespoon or so of butter.
