1 pound of spaghetti cooked al'dente
1 Jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce- I made mine from scratch.
1 Container of Alfredo sauce ( I used Buttoni brand)
1 lb ground beef or pork- I used beef/pork/veal mix
3 cups shredded mozzarella.
1/4 Grated parmesan or Romano cheese.
Brown the ground meat and add spaghetti sauce to pan. Cook until sauce starts to bubble.
Cook Spaghetti until Al'dente and drain ( DO NOT RINSE PASTA!) and place in large mixing bowl.
Add alfredo sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and toss well. The add the sauce and ground beef mixture to the spaghetti and mix well. Pour into a 13X9 casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated cheese and the remaining Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes on 375.
There different variations of this recipe but this is the one I used and liked.
you can double everything if making for a bigger crowd.
