I went to a potluck and there was this amazing chicken salad. It tasted like it was made from canned deviled chicken. Anyone have a recipe using deviled chicken?

Thanks!!

KatzM I just did a google and found this on RecipeZaar (recipe#74829)

For 2 servings:
1 whole chicken breast-grilled or boiled
1 hard boiled egg
1/2c celery
2T mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
fresh chopped chives or chopped scallions

Hope this helps.

Thank you Lacey! This does sound like a good one.

The recipe I am hoping to get is made from canned Underwood Deviled Chicken - I think! It sure tasted like it.
(The cans that are wrapped in white paper.)

Thank you for taking the time to look for me!

I didn't know they made chicken that way, but I saw (and tried) a recipe once using their deviled ham for deviled eggs!

I tried the website and found recipes! I haven't tried it yet, but I am betting this is very close to the one I have been looking for! Thanks so much laurbell!
