What is the main difference between the Louisiana Hot Tamales and the Tamales that come from Texas (San Antonio, RGV and Austin area)

It looks like the Louisiana Hot Tamales use cornmeal and wraps then in paper while the Texas ones are made with Masa (corn that is soaked in Lime :not the fruit: and it's ground differently that cornmeal) and wrapped in corn husk. I'm sure there are other differences but these seem to be the biggest ones.
