This sounds yummy. I got some broccoflower to try and have steamed a few florets but wasn't impressed. I'm going to try this recipe tonight with the rest of my broccoflower and see how it turns out. Can't wait. Thank you for posting this.

What is so good about this recipe is that just about any vegetable can be oven roasted. Oven roasting just adds a nuttiness to the taste.
Tomorrow in honor of St Patty's Day (ok I know it's not Irish) I am going to oven roast 1/4 rounds of cabbage with olive oil and of course add garlic!
Tonight I'm doing oven roasted cabbage-I am also adding garlic-with extra virgin olive oil. Garlic is so good especially when oven roasted!
I'm watching my cholesterol plus my weight but I want flavor-oven roasting keeps all the vitamins and just brings another dimension to vegetables without adding extra fatty unnecessary ingredients.
I find that almost any veggie is better roasted. And roasted garlic has to be one of my allllll time favorites (I just peel off the papery outer skin and plop the whole head in the oven).
Since someone mentioned roasting cauliflower: I cut it into big "slices", spray with a bit of olive oil, and let it get nice and brown. I serve with smear of the garlic, a squeeze of lemon juice and perhaps an olive tapenade. Yummy!
