I met an adorable lady for lunch, one that I made and brought. We went to a local Farmers Market, bought some things, came home, made dinner for my kids.
I usually spend my lunch break in my car eating something I shouldn't eat and reading a book. Today I strolled around a local lake's walking trail. It was a nice day and my body appreciated the change. Just smiling at people as I walked made me feel good. And it I walked a mile without even realizing it

I do a lot of walking on BLM land looking at beautiful scenery, & finding new fishin' holes.
To enjoy a-7-day holiday,and I am going home to see my parents that makes me happy.
