Did you ask her what she was wearing? This is how you start conversations, Ron.
One time, after I had broken up with an ex boyfriend, I happened to pass by where he lived on a walk. He was outside and he told me that I smelled really good. He was kindda far away, too. It just happened that I had just showered and used conditioner on my hair. I later learned that my conditioner was very attractive to people. I don't use it every day though, since it irritates my skin. (All conditioners do).
No, I did not ask her what she was wearing. There is a time and place for everything and based on what she was doing and what I was doing, it was not the time nor place.
But seriously, how good do you look? I hope you aren't like one of my friends who literally looks like Jabba The hut. He used to tell me hilarious stories of him staring down women at bookstores. I always told him that none of the ladies were interested if they avoid eye contact and scurried away.

One young lady stood out. She was certainly attractive but what got my attention was how great she smelled. If I could describe how love smells, she would be it.
I was like "WOW".......needless to say it was a turn on. I've always been a sucker for great smelling women but so women smell just right.
Long hair but it was turned up with a clip holding it in place, slender build and somewhat "hippie".

Well, I don't look like Jabba........in all honesty, I've never had a problem attracting women.
