Do you like guys who are silly, funny, goofy, weird (not in a creepy way, in a more intriguing way I guess), humorous? A guy who doesn't take himself too serious and can joke on himself and his situations? Not an immature silly person of course.
goofy guys with a great sense of humor are sooo hot. as long as they know when to turn it off. that is key. it is important to know that "the goofy guy" is a type, so not all women will be into it.
My wife said she was attracted to my quick 'witted remarks', which surprised me, not knowing I had any such thing. I was attracted to her laughter. She is a happy person and the sound of her laughter just makes me want to give her a hug. Sorry if this is off the topic...

^^this^^ Also, I tend to prefer a dry humor--the ones who seem serious at first but then you realize they're really funny. I don't like guys with an obnoxious loud laugh or those who are wisecracking all the time, to no one in particular.
