Do women smile at just anyone or only guys they're interested in?
Sometimes girls smile at me when I'm walking pass them but I'm not sure if that's because they like me or they're just nice.
I don't smile at anyone so I'm not sure why they're smiling at me.
I make people smile and laugh all the time. They don't mean anything buy it. They just thought they were being nice. In which case they were. Had she smiled and attempted to chat you up, that would be different.

No, some girls are smiling at you because they're just being friendly nothing more.
You're taking social ques as something more then they are. Aren't you the one that thought a girl in your job liked you because she put a "smiley" face on her email to you?

You're anti-social and need to work on your social skills then if you don't smile at all. You're not being receptive at all to people around you. Learn to smile and joke around with people and your life will be better and fuller.
I smile at everyone I see, and speak to many of them in passing too
