What makes you put a guy in a 'Friend-Zone' and why?

I don't believe in the "friend zone" thing. If someone finds you appealing romantically, they'll exhibit signs that they are available. If they don't, but they still like you, then they are fine with being friends. That's it. It's not a mysterious "zone".

Well, its a term that I only see on relationships forums.

There are females who do have guy friends but they have no interest in the guy romantically.

Well, you just described the definatlion of a friend-zone.

That's right. It's used by those that can't understand why they can't make someone like them. So they use that term to explain away the "unexplainable".

It's a stupid term that confuses those that actually do have a few brain cells flickering. There is no such "zone".

Oh, yes, there is! Only that I'm sick of the subject and have no plans to elaborate on it. There are plenty of threads for the OP to go through.

DJ Bible??

I've never heard of that.

I've only heard of "the Friend Zone" tossed around by guys, or on TV, or on the internet.

If you're trying to approach a girl romantically, then you'd better make that known before she only thinks of you as only a friend.

Hahaha! Well basically, that's what I said. If someone doesn't find you appealing, then they won't want to be anything more than friends. It's not a "zone" though...where you get moved in and out of it. Some guys just don't know how to read the signs. I don't agree that men would f*** anything though. I mean, not ALL men.
