So as 6:00 approaches (EST) and we (well just the jews / moslems / and any other religion that's not catholic) are about to die.
Have you thought about calling someone you secretly love, and tell them? (just in case)

Maybe the end is a new start for some of us.

The truth is, we ARE all going to die, someday.
For some it will be today - even today at 6:00.
For the vast majority of us it will be at another time.
I already tell everyone I love how I feel about them - I believe in living life to the fullest with no regrets. I'm also prepared to go when my time comes. It's an easy thing when you have confidence in your Savior
I do not understand your comments about Jews, Muslims and Catholics??

The problem for some might be that if they DO call and tell them, and then they DON'T die...

Well, thanks for clarifying...always took you for an intelligent person and I didn't want to be wrong (though your comment might have made more sense if you had just used the word "christian" instead of Catholic )

Reason: spelling!
As a Catholic, I've been curious about this myself. Catholics don't go in for rapture theories much, so does this mean we get left behind when it occurs? I guess I'll find out at 6 p.m.

Dude, do some reading...we Catholics are waiting for the return of Jesus and the "rapture" just like all other Christians, lol!
Though to be fair, Catholics do not generally use the word "rapture" - it's more common among evangelicals and fundamentalists - or subscribe to the evangelical definition of it.
However, the fact that Jesus is coming again is the important news, not the speculation that so many engage in
