Haven't had a chance to read all of the posts, but thank you guys for your concern. Chow just called me and he's going to leave work in a while (yes, he had to go in to work because of a big deadline - I don't know how he did it) and then I'm going to take him to Urgent Care. We'll let you know what they say.

Usually you'll be aware of it being cracked when you start moving around. I've fractured both my wrists, both my shoulders, a few toes ... you get past it. I never wanted the kind of meds they tried to push on me; I self-medicate.
Many times a fracture will be more of a problem than a clean break, though, so I feel ya, Bro.
But for what it's worth, I agree with the article.
My doctor thinks I'm weird for turning down pain meds.

We told him to go to urgent care last night.
I'm stubborn also, but when my body is in physical pain that simply won't go away, I will listen!
