So 3 hours ago my friend's wife's water just broke and is currently in labor.
It's awesome, and he's posting updates and such on facebook.
What do I say to him and her? I wished her good luck, but I don't know if that was the best thing to say? I'm overthinking it probably, but it seems like I could say something better than that.
Since I've gone to bed, I don't know if the baby has been hiked out of her yet. I don't know how long they take, but they were wanting a natural birth.

Sometimes they can take up to 24 hours, but chances are it's out.
One thing I learned from my mom's last visit is the benefit of freezing bread. I never have because I thought it would do something funky to it. While she was here she bought a bunch of bread and threw it in the freezer. I take it out and put it in the toaster oven just before a meal is done and cooking and it's fine. No more throwing moldy bread away!

I do this. Buy 2-3 loafs at a time, then toss 2 in the freeze.
You can let them thaw out regularly and it works, too.
