Meh....Implants aren't my problem. It's the women that constantly brag about how "Natural" their beautiful breasts are that annoy me. So freaking what if they're natural ? It's not like you put in effort to get them anyway. You simply got lucky here. Normal people brag about achievements from actual effort, not endowments defaulted to them.

I think that the only way I'd consider doing it was if I had a masectomy and wanted to re-shape them. Otherwise, implants aren't for me. I think some women look great with them, though, and I'd never judge someone for getting them.
Breast implants are nasty. Most of the time they are downright gross. Even supposedly good ones are still dodgy looking. Not to mention the health risks. I like big boobs, as I've stated several times on this forum but I'd much rather see small natural boobs then those big ol bolt ons. LOL
If a woman choses to do so fine, it's a free country, and as someone mentioned, cancer survivors to feel better about themselves and for clothes to fit a little better, that is fine.
9 out of 10 breast jobs aren't for cancer survivors.
I actually think most breast implants look pretty nice. Lip implants are truely where nasty's at.
Do you feel the same way about breast cancer survivors who choose to go with implants after mastectomies?
In your example they've been through a traumatic experience. If they believe adding breast implants will better their situation, then I do find it somewhat shallow, but they have that right since they've gone through a lot.

I have seen good and bad jobs. Can't deny good looks better braless/in swimwear and shapewise than larger naturals. Bolt ons and being able to feel/see the implant are bad jobs and bad follow up care.
I don't think I would ever get them myself because of health risk fears or if it did make them look bad.
Post mastectomy aside----The few women I have known that had breast implants done were vain women. I dont like vain women. I think its one of the reasons I am attracted to our fellow poster PJ8. Not a vain bone in her body. If I werent married I'd.............................
I don't like implants. I've only ever touched natural ones though, but if porn is any indication, natural is the way to go
